60 minute Therapeutic Massage
I had been having some Sciatica pain on my right side going from my lower back down to the back of my thigh. Pat said that she would work that side for me. It’s been one day since my appointment and the pain is gone. It normally started hurting when I was sitting for more than 10 or 15 minutes. Maybe it will come back but at the moment I have relief from something that has bothered me for a couple months. This therapeutic massage may not give relief to everyone suffering from Sciatica but it certainly helped me. I highly recommend Patricia and have given her 5 stars.

I had a 60 minute therapeutic massage done and it was so relaxing! It was the perfect way to unwind during the stressful holiday season. The music was calming and the oils used did not have a strong scent, which I was happy about because strong scents give me headaches. I recommend this to anyone that wants to relax for an hour!

Always a great experience
I was so happy to get back to Patricia after so long due to covid. As much as I hate wearing the mask I very much appreciate all the efforts she takes to keep everyone safe. And the massage was extremely relaxing. I was a bit sore since it has been so long so I have to remember to ask for a lighter touch on my neck and shoulders. But i felt so relaxed I just wanted to enjoy the massage. I cannot recommend Patricia enough. She is an excellent massage therapist and I really enjoy going there.

Went in hoping for relief from a perpetually sore and stiff neck and shoulder over the past few months. I knew it helped by the time I left but didn't expect it to be entirely gone 2 days later! I had a massage with Pat yesterday and it was the best one I've ever had. Very clean and relaxing environment and careful Covid-19 protocol to protect both of us. Pat is very pleasant and respectful. Life Changing
After a recent move to the Bangor area I sought out a local message therapist. During the initial review of my medical/injury history with Pat Annino, I disclosed that I had "frozen shoulder" 10+ years ago that resulted in surgery to alleviate the pain. I had a year of physical therapy and a year of neuromuscular massage which left me with limited motion. After two massages with Pat where she spent some time focused on my shoulders, I can lift my arm above my head and behind my back. It is truly life changing. I would recommend Pat to anyone looking for a massage therapist who truly understands anatomy.

I cannot recommend Patricia highly enough.
I first visited Patricia when I was having severe pain from sciatica due to pregnancy. My mother gifted me a prenatal massage and it was AMAZING - provided relief for weeks! I had a second prenatal appointment scheduled for the day my daughter decided to join the family and Patricia simply had me reschedule for a well-deserved new-mommy massage a few months down the line. During THAT massage my new infant (waiting outside with my mother) decided about ten minutes from the end of the massage that she needed to nurse NOW. Unflappable, Patricia got me settled on my side, my baby latched and happy, and cheerfully finished the massage!
I have continued to visit Patricia ever since for both pleasure and necessity. Just last week I did something to my back (unsurprising with a 25lb one-year-old!) and she managed to squeeze me in the same day and fixed me right up!
A true blessing. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment!

Prenatal Pampering
Patricia made me feel totally comfortable and cocooned for my prenatal massage with an excellent choice of body pillow (very important for pregnancy) and soft blankets. I have never had reiki, but felt that I could tell she is a practitioner, just from the warmth and energy of her hands. It was just what I needed to feel pampered in pregnancy. Now when I struggle with pregnancy insomnia, I try to call up the feeling of relaxation I had on the table under Patricia's care. It helps!
